Yes. Every order over €50 ships free, anywhere in the world. No code needed — free tracked shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your cart reaches €50.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently do not ship to Egypt, India, Israel, or Ukraine. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your destination, reach out and we will confirm.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What if it's not right for me?
Send it back within 30 days of receiving it and we will make it right. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify. Once we receive the item you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for a different piece. Exchanges work the same way as returns. Send the item back within 30 days of receiving it in unworn, original condition. Once we receive it you can choose a replacement, a different piece, or a full refund. Contact us first and we will guide you through the process.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at baymontjewelry@gmail.com or through the contact page immediately with a photo of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund depending on your preference.

Baymont pieces are made to last. With proper care — keeping them away from perfume, chlorine, and harsh chemicals — the plating holds its colour through daily wear. And if it ever doesn't, our lifetime tarnish warranty means we replace it free of charge. No questions asked.
What is the lifetime tarnish warranty exactly?
If the plating on your Baymont piece ever fades, we ship you a brand new replacement free of charge. The only condition is that the piece has been cared for as directed — exposure to perfume, chlorine, saltwater, and harsh chemicals will shorten the life of any plated jewelry. Follow the care instructions and we stand behind your piece for as long as you own it.
Is Baymont jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Every piece in the Baymont collection is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. If you have had reactions to jewelry in the past, that is almost always caused by nickel — which you will not find in any Baymont piece.
What materials are Baymont pieces made from?
Baymont pieces are made with 18k gold plating over high quality base materials including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and copper depending on the piece. Where a full sterling silver version is available — both plating and base — this is listed on the product page. Every piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free across the entire collection.
How durable is Baymont jewelry?
Baymont pieces are designed for daily wear, not the jewelry box. The plating is applied over quality base materials chosen for their durability and finish retention. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and chemicals and your piece will hold up through years of everyday wear. If the plating ever fades regardless, the lifetime tarnish warranty has you covered.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove your pieces before applying perfume, hairspray, or sunscreen, and before swimming. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth when needed. Store in the pouch provided when not wearing. These small habits make a significant difference to how long your piece holds its finish — and the lifetime tarnish warranty is there for everything else.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or swimming?
We recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, or entering a sauna. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, and saltwater will shorten the life of any plated jewelry. The lifetime tarnish warranty covers fading from normal wear — not damage caused by consistent water exposure.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
The easiest method is to measure the circumference of your finger with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper, then match it to the size guide on each ring product page. If you are between sizes, size up. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you find the right fit.
Can I request a ring size that isn't listed?
We currently only offer the sizes listed on each product page and are unable to accommodate custom sizing requests. If your size is not available, contact us at baymontjewelry@gmail.com and we will let you know if a restock is planned.
