Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you don't, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to send it back.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition. Pieces that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been permanently discontinued — pieces we no longer carry — are not eligible for a return or refund. All other products in the Baymont collection are eligible provided the conditions above are met.
How To Start A Return
Contact us before sending anything back. Reach out through the contact page or email us at baymontjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method — including purchases made through Klarna or other buy now pay later services. Please allow 2–14 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing times vary once the refund has been issued on our end.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product value only. If your order qualified for free shipping, no deduction will be made.
Exchanges
Prefer a different piece or a different size? Exchanges work the same way as returns. Contact us within 30 days, send the item back in unworn condition, and once we receive it we will arrange your exchange. If the piece you want is unavailable we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at baymontjewelry@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible with either a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Warranty Returns
If you are returning a piece under our lifetime tarnish warranty this is handled separately from our standard returns process. Contact us at baymontjewelry@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement free of charge. See our Lifetime Tarnish Warranty page for full details.
