This warranty exists because we believe jewelry should last — and if it doesn't, that's on us. The only condition is that the piece has been cared for as directed. Exposure to perfume, chlorine, saltwater, and harsh chemicals will shorten the life of any plated jewelry regardless of quality, which is why we ask you to keep those in mind.
